A graduate of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory under the class of Distinguished Artist of Russia, Professor Gleb Axelrod. She taught at the Kazakh National Conservatory in Almaty in the Department of Special Piano for many years. Since 1998, she has been working as an art manager organizing various cultural events such as competitions, festivals, masterclasses, and conferences in culture and arts.
She led the organization of Kazakhstan's first international TransArt festival, held the country's first seminars on art management, directed the Kazakhstan Development Gateway project under the World Bank, and organized the international children's music competition Stars of Rotary. She is a member of the Presidium of the "Cultura Europea" conference (Pamplona, Spain), Vice President of the Beethoven Festival (Vienna, Austria), and a jury member of the "Mozarteum" competition in Mürzzuschlag, Austria. She is an active Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Informatization.
She holds diplomas in project management from the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary), Project Management (St. Petersburg, Russia), and has completed courses in business projects at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (Canada). She also pursued studies in art management (Philadelphia, USA) and participated in the cultural heritage preservation exchange program in the USA (Philadelphia).
