Andrey Morozov

Andrey Morozov is an operatic baritone, conductor, and internationally experienced educator. He currently serves as the Head of the Vocal Department at the Christ University School of Music in Bangalore, India. A graduate of the Belarusian State Academy of Music with dual majors in Orchestral Performance (Tuba) and Vocal-Choral Conducting, he began his career in symphony orchestras, including the Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra of Belarus, and later spent over 15 years as a leading baritone soloist on its opera stage, performing major roles in operas by Verdi, Puccini, Mozart, Tchaikovsky, and others.
He is the creator of a structured vocal training program for both children and adults, integrating classical methodology with a personalized pedagogical approach. Many of his students have successfully enrolled in and graduated from prestigious music universities across Europe, the USA, and Asia, and now work as professional singers, conductors, and educators.
Andrey Morozov holds an FLCM diploma (Fellowship of the London College of Music, UK) in Classical Singing and is a laureate of international competitions both as a tuba player and as an opera singer. He regularly stages operas and musicals—many of them sold-out productions—and leads the university’s concert choir, which has received awards at international choral competitions. He is frequently invited to serve on the juries of international vocal and choral festivals.
