Beimbet Demeuov

Chairman of the jury is Professor, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Beimbet Demeuov graduated from the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, class of the People's Artist of the USSR, Professor A.V. Molodov, specializing in choral conducting. Since 1990, he began working at the State Choir Chapel, and since 1993 he has been the artistic director and chief conductor of the State Choir Chapel. Thanks to Beimbet Demeuov, the chapel tours extensively and its repertoire is constantly enriched with great works, such as Mendelssohn's oratorio "Elijah", Haydn's oratorio "The Creation", Handel's "Messiah", Verdi's "Requiem", the oratorio "Turkestan", and new compositions by Kazakhstani authors.

Along with his artistic activities in the choir chapel and in the student choir of the Tchaikovsky College, Beimbet Demeuov is actively engaged in teaching and is a professor at the conservatory. His students are successfully working all over the world.

The choir chapel tours the world extensively, and the chapel's concerts are a resounding success! This is evidenced by the excellent reviews from the public and the press in various countries where the choir chapel has performed - in Germany, Turkey, Russia, America, India, etc.
He introduced theatrical innovations into the work. He has made numerous arrangements of folk songs and contemporary songs for performance by the choir chapel.
